Manvmiles: Building a running, fitness and tech blog
BlueJam Media Co-founder, Kieran Alger, is a self-confirmed running, fitness and technology addict. From the moment he swapped football for marathons back in 2009, he’s been combining a passion for running, fitness and technology with his love of story telling, on his running blog Manvmiles.co.uk.
From his first marathon to a year-long challenge to become an ultra runner, via a Top 100 finish at the Marathon des Sables and a sub-3-hour marathon in London in 2015, and most recently completing his first 100-mile ultra at the Centurion Running Thames Path 100, Manvmiles covers Kieran’s adventures, offering tips, advice and a decent chunk of humour for those who follow it.
Kieran’s experience with Manvmiles was a huge part of what inspired him to create BlueJam Media – the content marketing agency for running, fitness, health and tech.
He’s worked with brands including Adidas, inov-8, Whole Earth Peanut Butter, Zappos, Nike, The North Face and TomTom on projects that have included everything from writing the launch copy for Nike’s latest running shoe, to appearing in a video doing pilates in a pumpkin patch.
